Weekly Weigh in #17

Well, guys, I have to say that I feel a little ripped off when I see a larger number at weigh in than I did during the week.  I had a .4 pound loss this week.  I was expecting more like 1.4 and I’m going to blame it on last night’s salty dinner!  I’m hoping that the difference is a phantom pound of not-fat.

This teensy loss brings me to 277.6, or 25.4 pounds down in total from my starting weight of 303.
