Soup at Any Hour

Today was “Let’s Use Up the Leftovers Day” in my house.  That probably doesn’t explain why I had chicken and dumpling soup for breakfast considering that I ended  up having yogurt a few hours later, but moving on…  Breakfast was 10 Points Plus 

I had a mini pita with hummus and a raspberry tea for lunch, 8 Points Plus

And an ounce of oops, 4 Points Plus

A huge blueberry yogurt in the afternoon, 7 Points Plus

And more leftovers for dinner, a heat & eat spinach & mushroom enchilada with rice and cucumbers, 11 Points Plus

Thats 40/39 for today. Hey look, I made up for yesterday!
