The diet was on track today.
Lunch was a Tasty Bites Kashmir spinach with one cup of rice, 11 Points Plus.
A little bit of a little wrong, 6 Points Plus.
I went for a long walk in the afternoon and stopped at Subway on the way back to pick up salads for dinner. The guy put a ton of ranch dressing on it, so I counted it as two servings for six extra points. Weak! But it was a great salad, for 19 Points Plus.
