I will confess that I was nervous about having my weigh in the morning after a huge dinner, and cookies, and a day of almost no exercise. I even thought about not weighing myself until tomorrow. But I stepped on the scale just to see what I was avoiding, and was surprised to see good results.
I was down 2.6 pounds, to a weight of 284.2, bringing the total loss to 18.8 pounds.
This is a milestone weigh in for me. I’ve now lost 10% of the weight I need to lose. I have a long way to go, but it’s happening! Time to update the ol’ checklist.
The next milestone is in 11.2 pounds, and is an important one. I hear tell that losing 10% of one’s body weight has a dramatic change on the overall health. Pushing on.
