So, after my slight gain at weigh in I decided to be a little more reasonable with the food today. I know, I know, it’s a crazy concept, but bear with me.
Breakfast was a turkey blt, 12 Points Plus.
After that I did week one, day 2 of C25k. I’d call it a success. It felt harder to get through this time but I think that may be because I was pushing myself a bit harder. Afterward, I felt great, like my whole body had woken up. I haven’t had this much energy in a long time! Week 1 day 3 is scheduled for Sunday. I still haven’t decided whether I’ll move on to week 2 after that or stick to week 1 a little longer. I don’t want to rush it.
After a little rest I did my arm, butt and thigh challenges, then onto the rest of the day.
Lunch was the last of the turkey chili with cheese and sour cream, 12 Points Plus.
Dinner was McDonalds, 21 Points Plus.
All in all the day went pretty smoothly.
