Weekly Weigh In #11

Well, it’s good news and bad new this week. The bad news is I had a .6 pound gain. That actually took me by surprise because I saw a much smaller number just yesterday, so I’m pretty sure body cycles are involved. The good news is that I lost an inch off of my waist and almost an inch off of my hips this week, so something went right!  

Anyway, I stayed on plan so I’m just going to be patient and let it work, but I should really have less junk food this week!

We do have Eid al-Adha coming up at the end of the week, but I think that won’t be too hard to manage since the traditional food is lamb.  I did promise my daughter that she could pick what we bake for dessert, but I’ll just have to be reasonable about portions.


One small gain after four weeks of losses: I’ll take it.

 Current weight 287.2/starting weight 303.
Today is week one, day 2 of C25k, so onward!

It couldn’t have had anything to do with this.
