Well, today was quite a binge day, but I guess that’s why we need weekly points.

This is what it looks like when I use half my daily Points Plus for breakfast.  

Breakfast: Giant onion bagel with cream cheese and cheddar and sour cream chips (!) omg: 21 Points Plus

 

I’m on a diet.
 
As the day started I had 41 weekly points remaining, so I wasn’t too worried about it.

I did 90 minutes of Wii Fit Plus (Hula Hoop, Advanced Step, and Big Top Juggling), earning 9 activity points.

For lunch I boiled some leftover chicken and cheese tortellini in chicken stock, and squeezed some lime juice on it for a quick soup, and 11 Points Plus.

  
Then in the afternoon I had a Klondike ice cream sandwich, 5 Points Plus.

  

In the early evening I was craving more chocolate pretty intensely, so I ate 6 rolo minis for 3 Points Plus.

  

Then…I ate 6 more, for another 3 Points Plus.

I hadn’t had dinner yet, but I was already through my daily points.

However, with 40 weekly points and 34 activity points remaining, I had plenty of room in my point “budget” for a nice dinner of beef negimaki and sushi, estimated at 18 Points Plus.

 

1 piece chicken negimaki, 5 pieces beef negimaki, 2 pieces egg sushi, 2 pieces spicy tuna sushi, 4 pieces lobster & avocado sushi
 
That brought the total to 61 points for the day, leaving lots of weekly points for the three remaining days until weigh in.  Still on track, baby, bagels and all!
